Standard Turnaround: Please allow up to 14 business days for the design and production of custom pieces before they are ready for shipping or pickup.
Rush Orders: If you need an item sooner for a specific event or ceremony, please contact us before ordering. We will do our best to accommodate your timeline whenever possible.
For our customers located on Oahu, we offer a Local Pickup option to save on shipping costs and transit time.
How it works: Select “Local Pickup” at checkout.
Notification: Once your order is complete, we will contact you via email or text to arrange a convenient pickup time and location.
We ship via USPS and UPS (optimized through PirateShip) to ensure the best rates.
Transit Times: Please remember that we are shipping from Hawaii. While we ship your items promptly after the 14-day production window, overseas transit typically takes an additional 3–7 business days.
Currently, we do not offer standard international shipping through our automated checkout. However, we are happy to work with you!
Special Requests: If you need an item shipped internationally, please contact us directly at oahugiftsandengraving@gmail.com with your shipping address and the items you’d like to order. We will provide a custom shipping quote and timeline for you.
As a veteran-owned business, we proudly ship to our military members stationed overseas via USPS. Please ensure your address is formatted correctly to ensure smooth delivery through the military postal system.
