Customer Responsibility: For all personalized items, the customer is responsible for providing accurate spelling, dates, and instructions.
Proofing: If a digital proof is provided, production will not begin until the customer gives written approval. Oahu Gifts and Engraving is not responsible for errors present in a customer-approved proof.
Engraving Variations: Wood and natural materials have unique grain patterns. You acknowledge that slight variations in engraving depth and color are normal and not considered defects.
All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment must be received in full before production begins on any custom order.
Our Designs: All content on this site, including logos, text, and original design work, is the property of Oahu Gifts and Engraving.
Customer Designs: By submitting a logo or design for engraving, you warrant that you own the rights to that image or have permission to use it. We reserve the right to refuse any order that contains copyrighted material or offensive content.
Oahu Gifts and Engraving is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
While we strive to meet all production deadlines, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers (USPS, FedEx, etc.), weather, or international customs.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii.
We may update these terms from time to time. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
